Product
Warranty
|
|
Airsoft Guns
and Accessories carry a 30 Day Warranty against manufacturer defect. Any Gun
or Accessory will be repaired or replaced if found to be defective. Warranty
will be voided for items which have been altered, disassembled, abused or in
the case of airguns; have been used with paint BB's or any low quality BB's.
AEG's which equiped with metal gear boxes and have fired BB weights under
.20g or above .25g will be void of warranty. Removal of Blaze Orange
Markings will void all warranties and rights of return on all airsoft guns.
D2bits.com will not be held responsible for any damages or expense incurred
from the sale or use of its products. D2bits.com reserves the right to
determine what constitutes as unreasonable or excessive wear and tear or
use. |

Return and
Exchange Policy For Airsoft guns and accessories
|
|
Most items may
be returned for a refund minus shipping costs and restocking fee within 3
Business Days of receipt. All returns must be NEW condition with original
packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Fired Guns, Used Items,
used bags of BB's, used gas and other commodity type items are NOT
returnable. All returns must be AUTHORIZED by D2bits.com via email that
provides a Returned Goods Authorization number prior to returning products.
A copy of your invoice or packaging slip and Returned Goods Authorization
numbers must accompany all returns. Unauthorized Returns will be refused and
returned to sender. Returned Goods not meeting the above condition
requirements will be returned to sender at the customer's expense. Exchange
merchandise must be send back with full compliance of the above return
policies plus prepaid shipping costs. |

Shipping
|
|
Shipping is
handled through UPS and shipping rate can be calculated online per product.
